BlueRealm and W3 Solutions Announce Signing of Software License Agreement
W3 gains competitive advantage and improves efficiencies by implementing BlueRealm's WarrantyWare technology

October 11, 2005 - BlueRealm Solutions, Corp., pioneers of warranty technology solutions, and W3 Solutions, Inc., the nation's most innovative Warranty Services company, are pleased to announce the signing of a software license agreement. Under this agreement, W3 will deploy a branded version of BlueRealm's flagship product, WarrantyWare, to W3's clients and their end-users.

The WarrantyWare solution is designed to lower the cost of processing and servicing W3's PC warranty claims in both their OEM and Extended Warranty programs. The technology will enable the automation of several of W3's claims operations that previously relied heavily on manual processes, such as the capture of warranty registration data, and parts determination for PC repair services. The business process enhancements will dramatically reduce costs associated with providing inbound claim support, technical support, and break/fix services. Additional benefits of the solution include the ability to detect fraudulent claims and enforce service level agreement compliance in their network of on-site and depot repair partners.

The deployment also provides W3 with a marketing advantage in its industry. By bundling the WarrantyWare capabilities in their warranty products, W3 will be able to supply their OEM and Extended Warranty clients with services not previously available to them through any other warranty service provider. For example, the WarrantyWare platform can be used to generate detailed product lifecycle and component failure reports, which W3 will be able to flow back to their clients as a valuable added service.
