BlueRealm Solutions, Corp. respects your privacy. This document
describes what information BlueRealm may collect, how we may use
such information, and with whom we may share it.
Related Parties
BlueRealm licenses its technology to retailers and support organizations.
In this document, "we" refers to both the particular retailer who
sold you BlueRealm's product and any organizations involved in providing
technical support to you. These organizations must agree to adhere
to this privacy policy.
For instance, suppose you buy a computer at Retailer A, and A has
a contract with a plan administrator B to provide technical support,
and B has a contract with underwriter C to insure the technical
support. Then "we" refers to BlueRealm, A, B, and C, and A, B, and
C must abide by this policy.
Personal Information
We will only collect the specific personal information you choose
to submit to us (e.g. your name, address, telephone number, email
address.). We will keep this information confidential, and use it
only to respond to inquiries, process orders, or provide services
such as technical support, customized content, and direct messaging.
The information we collect may be combined with information obtained
from other services and companies. We will never sell your personal
information to a third party.
Though we may share the information with our partners, who work
on our behalf and agree to abide by the terms of this privacy policy,
or as required by law, we will never share personal information
with an outside organization for marketing purposes without your
consent.
Non-Personal Information
When you access our web sites or use our products, we may automatically
collect non-personal information (e.g. your PC brand, your operating
system, our products that you use, or your browser version,). We
may use this information to respond to inquiries, improve our products
and services, or provide services such as technical support, customized
content or direct messaging. BlueRealm may also provide aggregate
statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related
site iinformation to reputable third parties, but this data will
not include personal information related to specific individuals.
Children (Age 12 and Under)
BlueRealm will not knowingly collect or use personal information
about children 12 and under. Should we become aware of personal
information we inadvertently collected about a child, we will delete
this information.
Other Web Sites
BlueRealm's web sites and products may link into other web sites
that are not operated by BlueRealm. BlueRealm is not responsible
for the privacy practices or content of other sites.
